Overview
In the city, ATTTA’s Containment Center emerges as a space where resistance is practiced through everyday life. Alejandra and PĂa, together with the other trans women who inhabit the place, sustain a network that survives between the memory of the repression of the 1990s and the urgency of present-day needs. Through their work in the community kitchen, healthcare support, and conversations around the table, the short film portrays how collective gathering and shared memory manage to build a refuge of identity in the face of precarity, transforming abandonment into a shared way of inhabiting the world.
