Wille has always dreamed of becoming a superhero and fight crime alongside his father. This dream is shattered when Wille's brother, Charlie, is born. When a supervillain and an evil scientist enact a plan to overthrow the city, Wille and Charlie must put their differences aside and work together as a team. In the final portion of the film, titled Sengoku Movie Battle, Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast join Kamen Rider Gaim in the alternate world to stop Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the "ultimate power" he seeks.
