Hitman Martin Blank becomes a moving target after he rebuffs a fellow assassin's invitation to form a union. Set in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, Ultraman Blazar and SKaRD clash in a showdown against the giant kaiju!

French nuclear tests irradiate an iguana into a giant monster that viciously attacks freighter ships in the Pacific Ocean. A team of experts, including Niko Tatopoulos, conclude that the oversized reptile is the culprit. The recording of the Kamen Rider Blade 20th Anniversary STAGE&TALK event based on the performance in Amagasaki (February 10, 2024) and bonus footage from the performance in Kasukabe (December 7, 2024). The event features a brand new story taking place 20 years after the series ended, and features the debut of Kamen Rider Leangle King Form.
