Michael Schøt: Jubelpessimist
Overview
One minute you're biting your nails at world events, and the next you're laughing in impotence. Michael Schøt has spent most of his stand-up career in the space between these two emotions. His ability to capture the zeitgeist here and now, but playfully observe it from the outside, has thrilled not only audiences, but also critics - who over the years have attached words like âone of the best stand-up comedians in Denmarkâ, âa comic elemental forceâ, âvirtuosoâ and âthe absolute sharpest and fastest satirist in the mediaâ to him. Jubelpessimist is a show about an eternal optimist in a gloomy world. A shot of joy, warmth and laughter for the dark times.

Hygge is something Danes know and love, and on his second solo tour, comedian Martin Nørgaard takes a look at Danish hygge. The world may be in turmoil, the poles may be melting and the horsemen of the apocalypse are saddling up, but no one wants to think about that. or care. And so? it's lucky that we live in Denmark - the country that invented coziness! That is? if we ask ourselves. And we do. All the time. On his second solo tour, Martin Nørgaard invites you inside for a thoroughly cozy evening where you can hang your worries in the closet and close your eyes and ears to the outside world while you let Martin âHyggefarâ Nørgaard pull a warm blanket over your tired legs and serve a round of verbal chocolate milk with whipped cream.

Shut up, there are a lot of things tumbling around in the head of someone from Northern Jutland, who grew up in a small town where the nineties were a thing a few years after they had kind of let go of the rest of Denmark. 38 full and half educations and careers attempted to get started have drawn Anne Bakland from ĂstervrĂĽ across the country and to Copenhagen, where she landed with her feet firmly planted on the stand-up stage with a microphone in hand and a bag full of both questions and answers about all the bullshit of life.

It's jokes, it's pure stand-up, and as usual, it's a bit too much. But is it okay to be a little slutty when you're a mother? If not, how do you control it? And does she mean it when she says she's not bitter about being a single mother?
Linda P: Slutty Mary

As usual, the show is devoid of political messages and discussions about global warming. And you probably shouldn't expect Champen to take the lead in saving a bunch of pandas. Instead, you can look forward to approximately 90 minutes of direct and honest comedy, where Uffe, accompanied only by his microphone, will entertain you with his everyday observations, delivered in a way that only he can.

With the show HELDIG, Mark is on a mission he describes as: âTo bring the laughter back when there's sometimes not a hell of a lot to laugh aboutâ. HELDIG is about getting a chance to embrace the bumps in the road instead of always painting the devil on the wall. The idea for the new one-man show HELDIG actually originated in BĂVL, where he worked with the moral: âthat it doesn't pay to worry, because your greatest fears rarely come trueâ. As it turned out, this moral had a tragicomic outcome in the comedian's own life. A week after the show premiered on TV, Mark got the news from his doctor that they thought he had cancer. "The human in me was scared, but the comedian in me was deeply impressed by the timing! Two things are certain: 1: I can't wait to get out there with my new show. 2: I don't dare bring a big moral" - says an otherwise fit-for-fight Mark le FĂŞvre.
